General information
The poster session is an important part of the Correlation Optics 2025 conference program and is aimed at presenting scientific results through visual materials with the opportunity for open discussion. This year, the session will be held in a hybrid format, taking into account the specifics of international participation:

Offline participation is mandatory for representatives of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University (ChNU).

Online participation is intended for international and non-local participants and will be conducted through the publication of posters on the official conference website.
Participation procedure
Offline participants (ChNU):

Submit a PDF version of the poster (A1, vertical or horizontal) by August 12, 2025.

The printed poster must be displayed at the stand for the entire duration of the session.

Each participant is required to be physically present by their poster and respond to visitors’ questions.

A live video stream from the poster area will be organized and broadcasted on the official conference website for online viewing.
Note: Participant presence will be shown via overview camera streams, with no interactive video communication.
Online participants (Non-local and International):

Submit a PDF version of the poster (A1) by August 12, 2025.

Optional: Submit a short descriptive abstract or a video presentation (up to 3 minutes).

Each participant's materials will be published in the special “Poster Session” section on the conference website.

Next to each poster, a comment section will allow registered conference participants to:

Ask questions;
-
Provide feedback;
-
Engage in scientific discussion.
Comments will be accepted for 2 days after the end of the session. Authors will then be invited to respond, and those replies will also be published.
Poster portal on the conference website
The conference website will include:

A preliminary list of participants and presentation titles;

A layout plan of the offline poster stands;

A live video feed from the physical poster hall (for general viewing);

A section with online posters, which includes:

Poster preview image;
-
Full version in PDF;
-
Comment and discussion thread;

Label indicating “Offline” or “Online” participation.
