The second day of the conference was dedicated to the topic “Singular Optics.” During two plenary sessions, 11 reports were presented, including invited talks by:

·        Michael Berry (UK) — “The Singularities of Light: Intensity, Phase, Polarization”

·        E.J. Galvez (USA) — “Simulating Gravitational Lensing: A New Laboratory Astrophysics Platform Using Complex Light”

The student section included two online lectures:

·        Igor Kashtanov (Slovak Republic) — “Keeping the Lights On: Handling Human Errors and Management Fails in Telco and Data Center Outages”

·        Vasyl Ryukhtin (Czech Republic) — “Neutron Imaging and Tomography Using Thermal Neutrons”

and one offline lecture by Prof. Oleksandr Demchenko — “Fluorescence Sensing and Superresolution Imaging.”

The poster session was organized into two thematic subsections:

·        “Informative Content of Statistical Optical Fields, Including Optical Chaos, Polarization Optics and Coherence. Methods and Computer Algorithms for Intelligent Data Processing of Correlation and Singular Optics”

·        “Green Engineering, Metrology of Optical Processes and New Challenges of Engineering-Transport Technology”

with more than 30 poster presentations in total.

The discussions were lively, with speakers eagerly sharing their experience and research results with participants.
