1. Preparing your materials
All participants (online and offline) must submit the following by August 12, 2025:

Poster in PDF format (A1, vertical or horizontal)

Abstract + Preview image (JPG or PNG, 16:9 ratio, 1280×720 pixels)
2. Offline participation (ChNU participants)
Personal presence at the poster stand is mandatory.
Requirements:

Bring a printed A1-size poster;
-
Be present at your stand for the entire duration of the poster session;
-
Be prepared to verbally present your research to visitors.
Stand Infrastructure:
The following will be provided by the Organizing Committee at each stand:

A QR code linking to the online version of the poster on the conference website. This allows attendees to leave questions and comments on your work;

Number of the poster, full name(s) of the author(s), and institutional affiliation;
-
Wi-Fi access information for authors and visitors.
Recommendations for participation in the hybrid poster session format (online discussion will be held in parallel)

Be ready to respond to online comments within 2 days after the session;
-
Double-check that the QR code links correctly to your poster page.
3. Online participation (Non-local and international participants)
Physical presence is not required. Your materials will be displayed in the dedicated online section of the conference website.
Requirements:

Upload your poster in PDF format (A1);
-
Submit an abstract and a preview image (JPG or PNG, 16:9 ratio, 1280×720 pixels);

Make sure all files are accessible and correctly labeled;
-
Be prepared to monitor the comment section on your poster page and respond within a reasonable time (up to 2 days after the session).
4. General Rules

❌ The use of inappropriate or unethical content in posters or comments is strictly prohibited.

✅ All materials will be moderated and approved before publication.
-
🧾 All posters will remain in the open-access archive of the conference website.
Additional information
On-site:
The poster area will be equipped with overview cameras for live streaming the session to the conference website.

All participants will receive an email with a link to their poster page and any comments submitted;
You will be expected to submit written responses, which will be added to your poster’s page.
